Amrita responsible for Shahid-Kareena split!

There are speculations galore about why Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor have parted ways. The logical deduction is that Shahid was doing no good to Kareena's career. Some say the increasing closeness between Kareena and Saif is the cause behind the widening gap between Kareena and Shahid. Others have spotted yet another angle to the story --- Shahid's friendship with Vivah coactress Amrita Rao. After debuting with "Ishque Vishque", Shahid has been most successful when paired with Amrita. The audience has accepted the jodi whole-heartedly.
Shahid-Kareena tried their level best to pull off their off-screen magic on screen too with Fida, 36 China Town and Chupke Chupke. But they never made an impact. It is an open secret that it was Kareena who played an important role in fetching Shahid roles. But despite his success individually, could never strike the chemistry with Kareena in their films.
For one, they never tried to hide their four-year love-hate relationship, except for one private moment with was captured on a cell phone. Kareena had then dragged a well-known English daily to court for printing the lip-locked moment with Shahid.
Sources say Jab We Met was the nail in the coffin of the relationship. It is believed that things went astray between them in the last three months. Kareena is at a crucial crossroad in her career and just can't afford another flop. It became necessary for her to detach herself from a budding star. Her closeness to Saif Ali Khan during the shooting of Tashaan only made things worse. It may surprise many but the piece of news now doing the rounds is that it was Shahid who first pulled the plug. As of now, the two have chosen to stay mum about their personal lives. After all, any public statement could adversely affect the box-office results of their yet-to-be-released Jab We Met.

Arnold, Beyonce in KAMBAKTH ISHQ

Apparently the producer has a few surprises up his sleeve. From what we hear from our international source, Nadiadwala is all set to go international with KAMBAKTH ISHQ. Says our source, "Sajid has managed a casting coup in KAMBAKTH ISHQ. Apparently Arnold Schwarzenegger, no less, has agreed to play an interesting cameo in the film. And that is not all. Pop Sensation Beyonce is all set to do a bootylicious act in the film. The film stars the super hit pair of Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor."

Prashant Shah line producer of KAMBAKTH ISHQ in LA and also a major Hollywood presence says, "Yes we are in talks. It is the first time ever that a mainstream Indian Producer is making such an international film. So far, we have had Deepa Mehta who is a Canadian, Meera Nair and Gurinder Chadha who have been Indians of International origin making a splash in Hollywood. But with KAMBAKTH ISHQ it will be the first time that an Indian producer will be doing this. It is only Sajid who has made this happen. We are in talks with Beyonce and we have also received a letter from Arnold's office. We are yet to work out the logistics. Things will be confirmed shortly and we will be making a formal announcement when that happens. We are also looking at other Hollywood names to join the cast of KAMBAKTH ISHQ." Says Sajid Nadiadwala, "Yes, we shall be making a formal announcement very soon. I cannot reveal any further details. As our Indian film industry is making its presence felt and going global, I would like my banner Nadiadwala Grandsons to scale the global level in film making too.

Tinsel tattle has it that Saif Ali Khan has got a tattoo of Kareena Kapoor ’s name.The actor seems to be in a mood to announce his love to the world. He has reportedly got his latest girlfriend Kareena Kapoor’s name tattooed on his forearm. Saif has apparently been planning to get the tattoo for last few months. He has been browsing through various calligraphic styles to finalize the shape of the tattoo.Last week, on Thursday, the actor finally took the decision and walked into Hakim's Alim in Bandra and sat for a two-three hour session to get Kareena’s name tattooed in Devnagari, an ancient Indian language.The tattoo was reportedly done in indelible ink.The actor seems to have been inspired from footballer David Beckham who has got wife Victoria’s name tattooed in Devnagari on his forearm.Presently, Saif and Kareena are in Greece to holiday for a few days before resuming the shooting of Tashan .

In an exclusive interview with Times Now's Entertainment Editor -- Karishma Upadhyay -- Kareena Kapoor clears the air on rumours about her personal life and much more.
Karishma Upadhyay: There are rumours that 'Milenge-Milenge' is releasing on Valentine's day and Shahid and Kareena fans can see the pair again together?
Kareena Kapoor: It will be great if the movie releases. I think its a great film and I signed the movie at the script level and the script was great. It is sad that the movie was stuck for 4 years. But if it does release, I am with the film.
Karishma Upadhyay: It's learnt that the shooting for movie, however, has not yet been completed?
Kareena Kapoor: I guess so because it got stuck for 4 years, I don't know, may be will see the film once this festive season gets over and then decide whether to shoot it further or not.
Karishma Upadhyay: Are you there in Imtiaz Ali's next venture?
Kareena Kapoor: All I know is that Imtiaz is making a movie and Saif is in it, however, he hasn't spoken to me about it. However, I have spoken to him and he has told me that after Geet's role, it has to be something different. And even I think that he has to give me a hero's role.
Karishma Upadhyay: There are rumours that Rani is upset with you? Is it so?
Kareena Kapoor: That's complete rubbish. I haven't met Rani, she is my dear friend and when she sees me, she treats me like her kid sister. She gives me a hug and is one of my good friend. So, I don't know how the rumours started in the first place.
